  • Can I amend my order once I’ve placed it?
    We are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. If you'd like to cancel your order please wait for it to arrive and follow the instructions detailed in our returns policy. We are unable to change your delivery address once your order has been shipped. We aim to ship items 1-2 after your online order, so please get in touch with us if we are still picking and packaging as we should be able to help with a change of address.
  • How do I contact Customer Service?
    If your question isn't answered by browsing our product pages or FAQs, please contact our customer care team at As we are a small team, please allow up to 48 working hours for a response. We thank you for your patience.
  • How much does delivery cost?
    Standard Delivery is FREE to UK addresses unless you wish for us to ship your parcel express, in which case it is £5.45 £8 to Europe and £15 to Rest of World. For EU orders, prices include all relevant import duties and taxes. This means you won’t need to pay anything extra to receive your item. For Rest of World orders, prices do not include relevant import duties and taxes. Do ensure you are aware of this when placing your order, as we are unable to reimburse you.   • Can I get next day delivery?
    We do offer an express service for UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked 24 which aims to deliver the next working day however due to our current set-up we are unable to guarantee a delivery date. Please bear this in mind when placing your order.
  • Why have I been charged Import Tax?
    Items sent to international shipping addresses may be subject to customs import tax, and is not something that is managed by us. We are therefore unable to reimburse any costs. If you return your item, you will not receive a refund for import duties. . Please note, we cover all import duties and taxes for EU shipping addresses only. If a shipment is sent back to us as the customer refuses to pay relevant import duties and taxes on receipt, we will deduct the return shipping fee from the final refund.
  • Why is my delivery taking longer than expected?
    International delivery times are approximate, as there may be some situations which cause delays to your delivery which are beyond our control. If you think your delivery time is taking longer expected, feel free to contact our Customer Service team via email at
  • Who should I contact if there is a problem with my purchase?
    If you believe there is a fault with your purchase or you have received the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service team via, quoting your order number.
  • When will my favourite item be back in stock?
    We consistently restock our collections and best-selling styles. The best way to stay up to date is to sign up to notifications on the individual product page. This way, you will be emailed as soon as we restock.
  • What packaging will my item be shipped in?
    All of our packaging is either made from recycled materials, which can also be recycled, or biodegradable postage bags. Jewellery items come in a beautiful recycled brown kraft box with our Dihya logo embossed in gold, we also include a dusty pink jewellery pouch made from recycled vegan suede which also features our logo. We then package in tissue paper and place in recycled, and recyclable, brown cardboard postage boxes. Our t shirts are wrapped in tissue paper and packaged and sent to you in a biodegradable bag. We are developing our Handira collection packaging, but again this will be made using sustainable materials.
  • How should I care for my Mish Mish product?

  • How long is your warranty period?
    All pieces in our jewelley collection come with a 12 month warranty. At Mish Mish, we pride ourselves in making quality Demi-Fine jewellery. We include a 12-month warranty on all orders and would be happy to repair any damages within this period. Our warranty does not cover pieces that have been handled against our care instructions or damaged by misuse or an accident. We are also unable to process any items once they have been altered by a third-party jeweller. Please see our warranty page for details on how to make a claim.
